New to the staff at ima is Min Kim. Min is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, class of 2012 with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree. In addition he is a gifted digital artist. Using Photoshop and tablet interface he creates imaginative scenes of a surreal technology driven future. His futuristic settings are inspired by movie scenes, photos, architecture, and any other objects he comes across. He has been painting digitally for a year and his art can be seen on cghub and how integrated into ima’s visualization services.
“In my spare time I like to go visit different design studios or art exhibits to get inspiration. As a designer I believe there is always gap to be crossed for improvement to occur understanding how you fill in these gaps defines who you really are as a designer.”
