Jim is a licensed Landscape Architect with more than 14 years of experience in the Bay Area. His career has included the development and design of bay area schools, civic parks, and healthcare facilities, as well as residential estates in California, Hawaii, and South Africa. Jim’s strengths are a blend of problem solving skills, his ability to multi-task and a collaborative approach to the design process. For ima he is leading the design of Bay Area multifamily housing projects, such as the Sherwin Williams Redevelopment in Emeryville, and 213 East Grand, a biotech campus in South San Francisco.
His passion for design craftsmanship and the construction processes has allowed him to focus his diverse experience on the execution of highly refined projects, with an emphasis on materials and detailing. His artistic talent blends seamlessly with his ability to manage a project to ensure the greatest success in project delivery. He works closely with the client, contractors, and sub-consultants successfully providing the highest quality management of budget, schedule, and project submittal.
