CityPointe is a five story urban development in Fullerton’s Central Business District. An infill podium design, CityPointe features four stories of luxury apartments atop two levels of parking. The subterranean level provides parking for residents, while the at-grade level is designated public parking. The project also brings 1,550 square feet (144 square meters/0.16 mu) of new retail to the city’s central core.
One of CityPointe’s most distinctive features is a grand interior courtyard, with a pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and intimate patio seating which brings a garden living experience into an urban setting.
The site’s limited perimeter planting allowed ima to focus its design effort on the resident’s interior garden. Shaded areas and mid-height plants and trees around the central fountain encourage residents to congregate and interact.
The courtyard features a variety of trees, bamboos, and a colorful mix of flowering perennials.
