An Khanh is a 770 acre (312 hectare) master planned lakefront community 17 miles (28 km) west of Hanoi. The project includes a mixed-use component as well as office and commercial spaces. An Khanh is strategically located along a proposed major east/west inter-urban road and future light rail link. Due to its location on this urban growth corridor, An Khanh is an important center that attracts future urban growth and serves as a link between Hanoi and the new industrial, education, and urban centers to the west.
