Proposed Shipways Apartment project is located in Alameda, California. It is a 4-story multifamily residential development. The development will connect and extend the existing bay trail connections along the waterfront and also have a water shuttle connection to the nearby locations. Project amenities will pay homage to the historic cannery on-site for more than 100 years.
