Las Cortes Oxnard is a community of character and connections. Four different districts, each having a distinct landscape context, are knitted together through a common, central curvilinear Paseo walkway, which threads the various programmed places together. The Central Paseo is a path, winding amidst a Citrus orchard, off of which links together a series of managed garden plots, children’s play lots, BBQ gathering spaces and small garden patios. North-South tree-lined residential garden lanes connect the Central Paseo and its distinct spaces to the surrounding homes, streets and neighborhoods.
