Sharon Green Apartment Community is located in Menlo Park, California. Sharon Green is a 296-unit apartment community consisting of 18 non-elevator apartment buildings, a single-story clubhouse/leasing office building, three single-story parking structure, two pools with one in-ground whirlpool, and three small laundry buildings. The scope included creating a protection and retirement plan for mature trees, renovating each building type, demolishing one existing pool, and renovating the clubhouse pool and spa.
