On May 14, 2018, ima Principal and 2018 CHOC Golf Committee Member Jason Gladding spoke at the CHOC Children’s Classic Golf Tournament at Pelican Hill Golf Resort. Renowned for attracting Southern California’s leading philanthropists, business leaders and golf enthusiasts, the event is one of the most anticipated CHOC fundraisers of the year.
After playing 18 championship holes on the acclaimed Pelican Hill Golf Club, participants enjoyed a BBQ reception MC’d by Channel 5’s Henry DiCarlo who introduced the Gladding family. Jason shared about his close relationship and gratefulness for CHOC Children’s care of his son, Nathan, when he was admitted in the NICU. Jason’s expression of appreciation and support for CHOC was contagious, inspiring the audience to become more involved and elucidating what their support means to the parents of CHOC patients. The Golf Classic raised significant proceeds benefiting the Radiology Department at CHOC Children’s.
