With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Angela Woodward has completed multiple master planning, retail, residential, mixed-use, and urban design projects. Her expertise covers agency coordination for multiple community streetscapes, campus connections, parks from athletic to community/neighborhoods, restoration/ revegetation projects and trails, rail stations, bus rapid transit and multi-modal stations, highway corridors, bikeways and trails, and parks and recreation facilities. She is well versed in and understands SCRRA Design and Caltrans Standards and has BNSF and SFRR Rail Safety Training.
Ms. Woodward has provided landscape master planning, landscape architectural services and irrigation design for the new Metrolink stations for the Perris Valley Line Metro Yellow Line extension and a multimodal facility in the City of Perris. Since the County of Riverside, CA is one of the fastest growing areas in the state, a huge demand has been placed on existing outdated transportation systems. The landscape development incorporated green building sustainable design principles and conforms to the Southern California Regional Rail Authority, RCTC, Riverside County and multiple city guidelines and standards. Ms. Woodward’s collaborative style and creative approach skillfully incorporate Agency standards with community outreach resulting in an aesthetic and functional design. She works closely with the allied design team to meet budget and sustainability goals.
