With more than 17 years’ experience, Jason Gladding directs domestic Business Development in Orange County, Los Angeles and the Bay Area as well as International Business efforts throughout the world for ima. His primary focus is positioning the firm with Developers and Architects by gathering the current state of the development market. A firm ear to the ground on upcoming site potentials, city specific plan amendments, and new opportunities with the market, he leverages front end information to bring the best value add to ima’s Clients.
He also leads the relationship management for ima’s international clients, representatives, and government agencies. His experience includes interfacing with the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation, US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Directors, Chief of Protocol and others on international urban design, planning and tourism projects. This interaction leads to successfully identifying worthy project opportunities and connecting them to primary funding sources.
