ASU identified a need for a market rate residential community for students when they selected the American Campus Communities team, including ima. Using a native palette of hardscape and softscape materials, ima crafted a unique character sympathetic to the Sonoran Desert. Courtyards offer outdoor gathering spaces. A practical network of walkways connects vertical circulation through the common spaces connecting to campus wide trails. A central green park is the commons for the community. An adjacent plaza is the celebration space at the retail area.
