This exciting urban renewal project in Los Angeles encompasses more than eleven acres (four hectares) and is the financial, business and cultural center for the Pacific Rim. Major uses in this multi-use complex include: hotel, restaurant, condominium, office and retail facilities, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Bella Lewitsky Dance Gallery. Through the design and planning of all urban park spaces, pedestrian plazas, walks, fountains and courtyards, the ima designers provided an integrating factor for this urban development.
