Adding a student housing component to the UH at Manoa gives us the advantage of Honolulu’s tropical views and breezes, and creates a wonderful sense of family or Ohana amongst its residents. Our outdoor gardens and pool areas use native vegetation and plantings. All hardscape is produced by local trades, promoting regional pride while reducing the need for expensive imported materials.
