The Transformation of Redlands

Proud to have participated in new projects transforming the City of Redlands

Recent projects have provided the most exciting chapter yet in ima's more than 25 years of designing new development in the City of Redlands. Spurred by growth in multiple sectors, the Redlands Downtown has begun to be transformed with new dining and retail offerings and that transformation will continue. The area is increasingly vibrant with outdoor dining, additional pedestrian activity, and more guests from all around Southern California - with more to come.

The new retail center is a fitting hub to new destinations, including a brewery, a distillery, and new office and commercial spaces. ima is proud to have offered overall urban design for the downtown area and site specific landscape architecture for the new projects that continue to compliment the charming Redlands Downtown, adding to its character as a vibrant and thriving destination.
